Knife sharpening (Less than 4” $4.00, More than 4” $8.00)
I never knew I enjoyed cooking until I had the appropriate instruments; among them, a properly sharpened set of quality cutlery. I take great pride in the sharpening process. Knives are received and cleaned, sharpened and finished with a leather strop before a light touch of olive oil. Knives will be returned in butcher wrap fastened with twine.
Rochester, NH Farmers Market
In order to offer a truly painless experience, I offer drop off and pickup service at the Rochester, NH Farmers Market (during market dates only). This includes restaurants and other commercial establishments.
One week turn around
An instrument that is received at Tuesdays market will be ready for pick-up at the very next market. Should I be unable to attend or if weather forces a cancellation, I will offer free delivery during the week. Sharpening services are a seasonal service that I offer during the late spring and summer months.
